June Lim

Principal Clinical and Health Psychologist

Ms. June Lim is a registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is one of the very few practitioners in Singapore dually trained as both a Clinical and Health Psychologist. June has extensive experience in both the acute hospital and private settings. She specialises in supporting clients with chronic pain, chronic skin conditions (such as Eczema
and Trichotillomania), dementia, and cognitive impairment, alongside a wide range of psychological disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, and insomnia.


June employs an eclectic approach, utilising techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Besides working with individuals, June also is also trained in Gottman Method Couples therapy and integrates evidence-based approaches to help couples deepen connection, manage conflict, and rebuild trust. She is also a trained mindfulness facilitator and certified personal trainer.


Beyond her clinical work, June is an active HYROX competitor and podium finisher. Her experience training and competing in high-performance environments informs her understanding of the psychological aspects of physical health, motivation, pain tolerance, and sustainable performance. She has an interest in supporting high-performing individuals, professionals, and athletes navigating stress, burnout, or major life transitions.

Lanurse Chen

Ms. Lanurse Chen is a counselling psychologist who received her professional training in Australia. Over her decade-long career, she has worked across a local tertiary hospital, university, and private practice, supporting individuals from adolescence to older adulthood. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, pain management, and adjustment difficulties. She also provides crisis intervention for individuals and groups facing adverse events.

Ms. Lanurse Chen has a strong interest in working with individuals with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as those navigating mood and anxiety challenges related to sudden physical illness or chronic conditions.

Ms. Lanurse Chen is trained in multiple therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI), and NOVA Community Crisis Response Team Training. Committed to professional growth, she continually expands her skillset to tailor interventions that best meet her clients’ unique needs.

Beyond her clinical practice, Ms. Lanurse Chen is passionate about early intervention and mental health advocacy. She developed a training manual for early intervention in polytrauma patients and has conducted training for psychologists at Woodlands Health. She is also an experienced trainer and speaker, delivering talks and Psychological First Aid training to both public and corporate audiences. In 2023, she was awarded the Commendation Award for Excellence in Psychological Service by the Singapore Red Cross.

Outside of her professional work, Lanurse is an active parent volunteer at her children’s school and serves as Chairperson of the school’s parent committee. She believes in achieving a meaningful balance between her career and being present for her children’s milestones and growth.

Malar Palaiyan

Ms. Malar Palaiyan is a Registered Counselling Psychologist and Approved Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society. Drawing on over three decades of experience across education, national policy, crisis management, and private practice, she offers a grounded and nuanced approach to supporting individuals through mental health challenges.


Rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Malar works with children, youth, and couples — providing psychological and counselling support, clinical supervision for counsellors and psychologists, and mental health training for students, educators, and the wider community. She previously served as Head of the University Counselling Centre at NTU and spent nearly two decades as a Lead Specialist in Guidance at the Ministry of Education, where she helped shape national school counselling policy and practice.


Beyond the therapy room, Malar nurtures her own well-being through community volunteering, walks in nature, and yoga — values she carries into her work with.

Mr Chew Lip-Heng (“Chew”) is a life coach who partners clients to explore goals in personal or professional life. The approach is forward looking and actionable. He helps clients navigate a wide range of situations, including personal development, academic progression and work challenges.


Chew is often inspired by his clients who unlock their potential and achieve their goals by making sense of what they really want, thinking through the challenges, and having a road map.


His clients include those who are studying, working, undergoing training, volunteering and retired. For those who are visually inclined, Chew is passionate about using visual tools such as whiteboard, Post-it® Notes, and even LEGO®.


Apart from coaching, Chew is a trainer in Psychological First Aid (PFA) and crisis management. He has completed NOVA Advanced National Community Crisis Response Team Training. He is twice recipient of the Singapore Red Cross High Commendation Award.
